LimeSDR Mini v2: LMS7002M reset-line test fails on gateware 3.9 (passed on 2.7)

Hi ,
I am using the LimeSDR Mini v2.4 and found an unusual behaviour
With Gateware 3.9 , when i ran - LimeQuickTest , observed that [ LMS7002M Test ] fails

But with Gateware 2.7 , when ran - LimeQuickTest , it shows Passed

Why is it that with the Latest Gateware this test is failing ?

Hi @Prajwal ,

Gateware was refactored starting from version 3.x, with validation mainly focused on LimeSuiteNG. We will review this LimeQuickTest compatibility issue with the new gateware and provide a fix in the next gateware release.

I ran limeOEM --test, which uses LimeSuiteNG, and got this output:

Board serial number: 2 (0x2 0x0 0x0 0x0 0x0 0x0 0x0 0x0)
OEM TEST FAILED

I suspect this test isn’t implemented for the LimeSDR Mini v2.4. Since we’ve been working with LimeSuite (not LimeSuiteNG) and are running into issues on the LimeSuiteNG side, I’d like to stick with LimeSuite itself. I’ll hold off and wait for LimeQuickTest (of LimeSuite) to be compatible with the new gateware before testing further.

In the meantime, is there a recommended way to test the board using LimeSuiteNG? Or is limeOEM --test currently the only option available there?
