I have a problem with Limesdr Mini ? Usb3

I am connecting Limesdr Mini to pc usb3 slot . But İt is writting usb2 . I am connecting limesdr mini with usb3 cable to pc usb3 slot but İt is writting usb2 . Why I dont understand Please Help ?

This is usb3 port connect informations I connected to usb3 port but it is seeing usb2 :S

hello Muratoznn,
I had the same problem after I printed the case in 3D. the USB plug didn’t fit completely for a fraction of a millimeter. After removing material from the 3D printing, the USB socket was again recognized as USB 3.
… maybe you have the same problem …

I put it 3d model now . İt can do it ? I tried to trush 3d model but it dont see usb3 again. I am putting it to usb3 . İt is seeing usb2 : S
