XTRX Rev. 5 "No device found" message

I have upgraded the gateware to the latest (GitHub - myriadrf/LimeSDR-XTRX_GW: LimeSDR XTRX gateware project.) using the command ./limeFLASH --device=XTRX --target="FPGA FLASH" <file> (I already had a version of lime gateware) and after that my device is no longer found. By looking at /dev/, the device is no longer listed. Using lspci the device is listed:

which branch of the gateware did you use?
I don’t think that master branch gateware is fully compatible with Fairwaves XTRX Rev.5, as there is a separate branch for it GitHub - myriadrf/LimeSDR-XTRX_GW at LimeSDR-XTRX_fairwaves_rev5

correct, LimeSDR-XTRX gateware from master branch is not compatible with Fairwaves XTRX Rev.5 board and vice versa.

LimeSDR-XTRX repository and master branch is dedicated for LimeSDR-XTRX board. We also support Fairwaves XTRX Rev.5 board and there is a separate branch dedicated for it:

If you flashed bitstream from master branch into Fairwaves XTRX Rev.5 board you will need JTAG cable to revive your board.

My fault, sorry! I had followed an old tutorial here on the forum that said to use the LimeSDR-XTRX branch (but it was a rapo on gitlab). Is the bitstream in the LimeSDR-XTRX_fairwaves_rev5 branch repository up to date? I saw that it was generated 9 months ago, but there were updates to the branch 4 months ago.
