Limesdr USB manual firmware update / windows7?

Hi,
I just received the Limesdr USB but it needs a firmware update.
since the company proxy server blocks the automatic file download, please let me knwo what files do I have to download and where do I have to program them ?

As of now you’ll want the highest numbered .img and .rbf files. I.e. _1.3_r3.0.img and _1.4_r2.6.rbf
