LimeSDR USB Failed to load self_test.ini

Hi guys,

I have recentely gotten a LimeSDR USB V1.4, and am having an issue when doing the USB quick test. I am able to successfully connect the board using LimeSuiteGUI, but when I load the self_test.ini file, I get the following error:

I have used the LimeUtil --update, and get the following error:

C:\Program Files\PothosSDR\bin>LimeUtil --update
Connected to [LimeSDR-USB [USB 2.0] 90726074E2721]
Existing firmware is same as update (4)
Existing gateware is same as update (2.21)
Firmware and Gateware update is not required.

Also using the LimeSDR TestAPP, I get the following messages:

I have tried both using USB 3 and 2, and tried on a Raspberry Pi 4 and Windows, but both still unsuccessful. After doing tons of research, I have found that there are others with similar issues and had to request an RMA from Crowd Supply, hopefully this is not the case for me.

I appreciate any help!!

@Zack

Do you have any suggestions?
