Brand new LimeSDR USB not working

I got my LimeSDR-USB, unpacked it, connected it to USB-3 port, updated the firmware with LimeUtil --update, then I try LimeQuickTest and sometimes I got something like this:

Follow the FW and FPGA upgrade instructions:
  http://wiki.myriadrf.org/Lime_Suite#Flashing_images
Or run update on the command line: LimeUtil --update

The manual (LimeSuiteGui) test also doesn’t work as I cant get pass the open ini file, which fails with the same error message. So what should I do?

Hi @liborw,

Could you please program this gateware:
https://1drv.ms/u/s!AsTX3WCH_RLCjU0OGJICP25t4kuM?e=qUZx8f

as described here, see section 4:
https://wiki.myriadrf.org/LimeSDR-USB_Board_Programming

Then run tests again and let me know, please.
