LimeSDR Mini RMA Request

I have a LimeSDR Mini purchased from Mouser, still within warranty. I have had problems since I first purchased it but have finally worked out what is going wrong:

When it is cold (room temperature), and I am trying to set a receive frequency of 437 MHz, I get the following error from LMS_Init:

SetFrequencySXT(1240.01 MHz) - cannot deliver frequency

Once the LimeSDR warms up, it works OK, so it does not seem to be an application problem. I have swapped out with a friend’s LimeSDR Mini on the same hardware and that works perfectly, cold or hot. USB supply voltage measured on the LimeSDR Mini edge connectors is 5.1v.

LimeQuickTest when cold (and nothing connected to the SMAs) seems to suggest the same fault:

Please could you authorise an RMA so that I can get a refund and wait for a LimeSDR Mini V2?

Thanks

Gareth

Just to check, which model of Raspberry Pi are you using?

All the tests have been with various RPI4 model B’s.
Thanks
Gareth

@Zack would appreciate it if you could take a look and confirm if RMA is appropriate.

Hi Gareth,

Reach the seller for RMA. Sorry for inconvenience.
