My board failed failed LimeQuickTest. Please help

If this is LimeSDR Mini v2 board, then you’re using too old software (version 20.10), which did not have support for this board.
In order to help you, please provide more information:
- Provide exact and full name/version of your board (for e.g. LimeSDR-Mini v1.2), you can find it on board silkscreen.
- Was it working before?
- Do you see any LED activity when you plug your board?
- Are you using any low quality USB hubs, extensions cables? Try connecting directly to USB3.0 port of your PC.
- Download FT60X Chip Configuration Programmer from Utilities - FTDI , read FT601 IC configuration and paste screenshot here.
Also does “Device is busy” not suggest that some other application has it open?

From your screenshot looks like FT601 IC configuration somehow got corrupted.
Try to restore settings as in this picture, ignore “Serial Number” field:
Click “Write Configuration” and then re-plug board and “Read Configuration” to double check if config. was written successfully.

I wrote the new config and it looks similar to yours. I am getting a command not supported.
Is this because of an old laptop?

I got a hold of laptop with USB 3.0. I still fail quicktest. I appreciate any help.
Any ideas ? I have access to electronic equipment if someone can direct me to what to probe or look for. Thank you
