I double checked in the source code of the GUI.
The flag(s) of rx.calibrate are not set at all.
Is there any reason for this ?

No reason, it’s just when working with GUI, calibration is not always needed, and if it is, then it’s triggered manually: LimeSuiteNG/GUI/chips/LMS7002M/lms7002_pnlCalibrations_view.cpp at badf91514bfdc0fceccf80032d7480596116fc69 · myriadrf/LimeSuiteNG · GitHub
