Limesdr-Mini Calibrate with Limesuite or LimeUtil?

what is the correct way to callibrate our devices?
is it best to hook coax from the Tx to the Rx and then perform calibrate function?
do we need to select MCU or PC?

This is not a manual process and is done by the MCU automatically every time you use it.
