Hello, I bought last year through crowd supply my very own lime sdr usb, up until now I havent had any issues with it, however recently (about 2 days ago) when I went to use it, I noticed how it wouldnt connect to satdump, sdrangel nor sdr++, I checked maybe I needed to update it, connected it to limesuitegui and immietely got the gateway version mismatch, it wanted 2.23 and the limesdr was on 2.0, programmed it, no result, did a bunch of research and found a post that said to heat it up, did that with a hairdryer, it works, worked for a day, woke up today, and boom fx3 seems empty and it boots up to westbridge, now no matter what I do nothing works and if I just tap the usb chip with my pen lightly, it just either disconnects or connects to my pc, clearly faulty and from the post it seems to be due to a crack in the solder, is it still possible to get a refund? this is an expensive device and it doesnt seem fair that ever since 2019 you have been sending out devices that you knew have had a possible solder crack in the usb chip.
