Hardware error LimeSDR-PCIe

I work with RMA of the LimeSDR-PCIe v1.3 model, I do the test configured by our client and I have approved several cards with the same test (LimeSuiteGUI), but I have a card presenting “ERROR: SetPllFrequency: error configuring phase”.

I’ve checked all the feeds of the LMS7002M, I’ve mapped the frequency 30.72MHz on every board is correct, the Phase Detector circuit is correct, I wonder if you have any idea of solution

I managed to fix it, the LMS7002M component was electrically damaged.
