Cs-lime-12 defective? - Gateware version mismatch! - SO# 538863

Hello,
we shipped a cs-lime-12 board to our customer, but the customer told us that it is DOA with the following test results:

test%20-%20cs-lime-12

[ TESTING STARTED ]

->Start time: Mon Nov 25 18:19:13 2019

Gateware version mismatch!

Expected gateware version 2, revision 17

But found version 2, revision 21

Follow the FW and FPGA upgrade instructions:

Is it possibly to tell from the above results that the board can be judged defective, or are there any possibilities to get it working again?

Thank you.
Adnan

Looks like an old version of Lime Suite is being used. Could they first update to the latest version and run the test again.
