Why are the waveforms disappeared in FFT viewer after caculation and tunning?

Hello all,
I am debugging the LMS700M, I found a strange appearance。 firstly, I loaded the ini file and checked the waves and spetrum in FFT viewer（ pls refer to the following screemshot.), then I press the button of caculate and tune sequencely on the SXR tab(pls refer to the following screemshot), I don’t understand what leads this issue. if so, how can I do when I change my VCO frequency? meanwhile, we already found this issue came out when we used the MCU program to caculate and tune after we changed the VCO frequency.

Try to tune again or adjust CSW_VCO value, see if the signal appears again.

Thanks for your quick response. I tried your advice, but no use. Our application is based on only using one RX channel, no TX channels will be used. meanwhile, We just use Limelight port 1, We have sucessfully received the correct data when the front VCO frequency is set to 800MHz, when we changed the VCO frequency to another value in program followed by caculate and tune, then we found the correct signals will not be received, I attached the ini settings here, could you pls help me to check what are wrong with my settings. Thanks very much!

What board do you use?
Your ini file is not complete, it is missing [reference_clocks] section.
One more thing - LNA_RFE module is powered down in your ini file. No wonder you receive any signal.

Thanks Zack for your help. I am using LIme USB-mini board。in my attached ini file, 0x010C=0x8865, so 0x010C[7]=0, I have enable the LNA_RFE module . I copied the function of 0x010C[7] in the following.
PD_LNA_RFE_(1, 2): Power control signal for LNA_RFE
0 – block active
1 – block powered down (default)
Could you pls help me to explain more detailed about not enabling the LNA_RFE module in my ini?

BTW, I didn’t copy the reference_clocks setion, in fact, this part exists in my ini.
