Unable to launch a new system
New LimeSDR USB Type A .
December 07, 2025
Hello
Just received a new LimeSDR-A card
Purchased through Crown Supply and received two days later through MOUSER USA TEXAS
To date, it is impossible for me to see the correct driver “Myriad-RF LimeSDR-USB”
But appears: “Cypress FX3 USB BootLoader Device”
If I want the Driver to be replaced by “Myriad-RF LimeSDR-USB”, it appears but does not want to be recognized
On my previous LimeSDR card, the driver is well recognized: “Myriad-RF LimeSDR-USB”
Very annoyed because currently can’t continue to LimeSuite and the rest
I’m on Windows 11 64-bit Version: 25H2 Build: 26200.7309
What can be done to solve this unfortunate problem
Thank you in advance for your help
Check if your board has a jumper on the FX3 BOOT pins
He is indeed present and connected.
Then the firmware migth be missing, you can try to update the firmware using Cypress FX3 tools LimeSDR-USB User Guide - Myriad-RF Wiki
Or check if the FX3 Boot jumper actually has metal in it to make contact,
It’s impossible to install the 8-year-old driver (2017) under Windows 10 when we’re currently in the final stages of Windows 11.
