Trouble when frequency STX = frequency SRX

  1. If I set frequencies STX and SRX that differ by a very small amount, about 20 Hz, the spectrum is bad.

  2. If I set the same frequencies STX and SRX, then sometimes the spectrum is bad.

  3. If I set frequencies STX and SRX that differ by 1 MHz, the spectrum is good

How can I fix this?

If SXR and SXT are set to the same frequency, then SXT’s 0x011C[6]PD_LOCH_T2RBUF should be set to 0 (enables LO buffer from SXT to SXR), and SXR VCO should be powered down 0x011C[1]PD_VCO set to 1.
