My brand new LIME MINI doesn't work

Hello,
I was suggested by the reseller ( Poolage Store) that I have to post here to file a complaint.
It is strange but I comply with. I wasn’t able to find any customer CSS like for instance ZenDesk so I write here.

The quick test was performed using LimeQuickTest_20.10.0 with no antenna connected.
BTW You can use technical language , I am engineer graduated with Masters degree in computer science from a technical university.

It looks that “USB3” is not available? Can you please try with USB3 and run the LimeQuickTest again?

  • Window, Linux,
  • GRD, SDRAngel, QFRX ,HDSDR
    It always fails.

Hi @mi9rom9,

It looks like FPGA can not communicate with LMS7002M transceiver via digital IQ interface. Ask the seller for replacement.

The problem is that the seller has been told to make me contact with the producer.
If it is the Myriad’s official statement I will go back to the seller.

Now that hardware failure has been diagnosed you will need to arrange RMA via the distributor/seller.
