LIMEsdr mini V1.1 no board detect in LimeQuickTest

Hi i had a Limesdr v1.1 not working after installation.I got it working for a while in 2018.
Please any help. Very tnx in advance.

Sri i forgot to say it but i have a solid red led on the board.

I reinstalled the drivers FTD3XXDriver_WHQLCertified_v1.3.0.8 then Windows-drivers-master and that what i have:

I still have a solid RED Led.

problem looks like similar to this thread. Check FT601 IC configuration as described here

My configuration is the same as describted above

Seems like that i should do as Rachid & 9H1LO did.Change the FT601Q Chip.
Return back to complete my setup with IC706+UPConverter for QO-100 Satellite.
