Limesdr mini issues on tx

i bought my limesdr a while ago directly from crowd supply, i never could get tx to work reliably so i set it aside for a while. I’m attempting to get it working again and figured i’d ask here for some advice.

Setup:
-Windows 10
-limesdr mini
-cheap 5 watt PA (have tried without it)
-sdrConsole v3 (have also tried sdrangel)

Symptoms:
-sdrconsole will tx once successfully per boot up (tx verified with rtlsdr)
-LimeQuckTest fails with result found at bottom of post
-several missing components (see images below)(i know that r67 is supposed to be there but am not sure about the others)

Indeed, R67 must be in place. It is 3k resistor. Soldering R67 back should fix the board.

You can check other components here (assuming your board version is 1v2):
