What is the Kvco for VCO frequencies from 5 GHz to 8 GHz?

The KVCO will vary from 70MHz to 180MHz respectively.

The Kvco number is for the loop.
VCO can be tuned automatically by read/write some SPI commands. See section 3.4 TX/RX PLL in the document below:

Thanks but do you have plotted Kvco curves you can post or send me directly? The phase noise peaks up more than I like and I want to modify the external loop filter components.
Also, is there a spec on pushing (MHz/V)? Is it approximately 10% of the control line Kvco?

Hello Eric,
More than happy to help, I’ll dig through my measurements for KVCO but I have not played with the PLL filters. You may find adjusting the charge pump current giving you some more margin on Phase Noise. I could improve it on my board. I am not sure how we can exchange emails on this site!
