Hello,
You don’t need to install/update PCIe drivers on Ubuntu. If your board is properly programmed it should be detected by LimeSuite without installing additional drivers for PCIe.

As far as I know, it should be programmed in factory.
You can do initial testing using LimeSuiteGUI https://wiki.myriadrf.org/LimeSDR-USB_Quick_Test
