@brandonrains please stop cross-posting! This is really unhelpful. If you have a problem with a particular thing post about it in one place and one place only. I’ve replied to your thread here:

That’s because there is no such thing as GSM1900 — it’s PCS1900. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GSM_frequency_bands Also you will need to change the band setting in other components also. In general I’d suggest reading the documentation.
