Calibration problems

Dear all,
I met a a hot potato with LimeSdr mini. The testing grc is something like this:
all configurations were not changed within all tests except central-freq.
When we set the central freq at 400MHz and 700M, all seems OK.
When it was at 800M, the Tx calibrations got “MCU error 3” ERROR.
When it was at 1775M, 1890M, 2330M and 2660M, the Tx calibrations got “MCU error 5” ERRORS.
When it was at 1942.5M, the Tx calibration and Rx calibration got “MCU error 5” ERRORS all.
I tested all these frequencies on quit a few limesdr mini dangles, and their behavours were similiar between each other.
Why? How to remedy it?
HERE is a typical LOGGING:

@Garmus Perhaps you could advise?

Please update to latest versions.

In the logs, We use LimeSuite version: 19.04.0-unknown and gr-limesdr version: 2.1.4 yet

That is the problem the latest releases are (at the time of this post):
LimeSuite v20.01.0
gr-limesdr v3.0.1

These newest version of LimeSuite and gr-limesdr are gnuradio3.8 compitable. But my program is gnuradio3.7 app.
