LimePSB RPCM: how to control the integrated PA stage?

Hello,

I was looking inside the developer documentation for information on how to control the integrated PA of the LimePSB, hardware version 1.1, but I did not find this info.

I’m using the board via the Soapy module, and the reported maximum TX gain is 52 dB. Using this value, the output power is around -20 dBm, so I figured the PA stage is not active. Any info on what can be done with Soapy to get the documented output power would be welcome!

As far as I know Lime Suite doesn’t have any PA control functionality, hence neither would SoapySDR. There is a repo with scripts to enable/disable PAs and LNAs.

I added support for the LimePSB RPCM in the new MMDVM-IQ and MMDVM-Multi digital modems, the only thing left to be done is fixing the low output power with SoapySDR.
