Im lost on how to read/write data via the USB to the Myriad-RF1. I have the zipper interface board + myriad rf setup and i’ve looked through the documentation for programming of the device, but it doesnt say specifically what to use to communicate to the device. Do i need a development environment for this such as IAR or can i perform this through through the 6002Dr2 software GUI?

the lms-suite for LMS6002 (myriadrf or limemicro github) can be used to read/write configuration settings. Hence, you do not need a dev-environment to setup the device.
Data transfer has to be done via the HSMC or FMC connectors on the zipper board.
Therefore you need some hardware to apply or retrieve the parallel I/O data.
