The product specifications page shows a Frequency Range of 10MHz to 3.5 GHz. Whereas looking the documentation on Board Description at myriad.org shows the following table

RF tranceiver port. | Frequency Range
TX1_1. | 2 GHz - 2.6 GHz
TX1_2. | 30 MHZ - 1.9 GHz
RX1_H. | 2 GHz - 2.6 GHz
RX1_W. | 700 MHz - 900 MHz

So what are these, different values and does rhe board operate over the full range of 10 MHz to 3.5 GHz?

It does and the ranges specified in the docs denote where the matching networks are optimised. Which is to say that you can use any Tx or Rx port on any frequency, but you will get the best performance if you pick the one which has a stated range closest to your operating frequency.
