It can be controlled via Matlab software.The MyriadRF is a RF module that has be used with BB, such as FPGA, DIOcard or any other ASIC, that would support 12bit parallel data interface ans up to 80 MS/s sample rate.
You can sue arduino platform to control SPI interface.
