We bought bunch of LimeSDR before, and we are looking to extend the frequency right now. If we were to purchase LMS8001A, can it extend the coverage on LimeSDR to 10GHz? Does it need secondary development to achieve this? Thank you.

There is presently no direct support from within Lime Suite, though. So you’d need to configure the LMS8001 independently and then shift the frequency as appropriate in your software.
Is the LMS8001A still for sale? Is it only the chip or the whole companion board? Where could I buy it?
