LimeSDR_PCIe_GW design too large

Followed instructions on creating GW from source with the latest source (only difference is as seen):

Got this result:

This version of Quartus:

Played around with settings for the synthesis, choosing Area optimization made the design fit but then it had timing errors.
Any clues ?

Do you still get the same error with the version explicitly mentioned in the user guide.

Using the correct tool edition seemed to make it!
