What is FR38 in the USB v1.4 schematic?

Hey. is the FR38 a resistor, a fuse or a coil?
and were can i get a replacement?

EDIT: Found all the component info inside the PDF schematic file, as “click on” popup.
just have to open it in a alternative PDF reader.

And if I solder over FR38 and R167, and get “all test passed” in LimeQuickTest
can I then approx. trust that if I replace IC25 and FR38 my boards will be approx. OK again?
