Visual Studio requirements when using cmake to compile code for blocks on Pothos on windows

Hi all,

I am new to Pothosware and I tried to self-define my own blocks on Pothos on windows. I have downloaded the Pothos SDR development environment from here, and CMake from here (I chose the first one in binary distributions). In the documentation, Visual Studio 2010 or later is suggested. I am wondering whether Visual Studio community 2017 is ok or not.

When I tried to use Visual Studio community 2017 and compile my code, I got the error as shown below.

So is this because I just used the community version? Anyone can help me with this? Thank you in advance!
