Unable to configure the chip-set LMS6002D through SPI programming

1.We are trying SPI programming from SPARTAN-6(FPGA) to configure LMS6002D by following all the instructions given in the data sheet. But we are unable to configure the chip-set.
i. SPI clock 60ns,120ns have been tried.
ii. Read operation Is performing after writing the register but the read result is not same as that of write DATA
2.We need technical information about one of the pins of LMS6002D chipset. The pin numbers as given:TXVTUNE, Pin No. 57

3.will TXPLL configure by setting a default VCOCAP value without reading the registers (VTUNE_H and VTUNE_L) adjustments.
