All of these are valid options, as they are LMS7002M chip settings, but not all of them are connected to RF ports. MiniV2 Rx port has connected LNAH, LNAW, and Tx has connected both BAND1 and BAND2. Which ones to select it’s up to you to decide according to your use case, they have different RF matching networks. The Auto option simply makes a selection based on which option has frequency matching around your currently configured LO frequency,
