@Zack I read data sheet of lms7002m and i found some signals which reset all logical register of channel A and channel B what will happen if i tick or un-tick those signals in limesuite software

If you uncheck any checkbox from “Logic registers” group, then a reset signal for appropriate TSP will be activated until you check it again. Although TSP configuration registers will be intact.
If you uncheck any checkbox from “Configuration memory” group, then a reset signal for appropriate TSP configuration (or settings) memory will be activated until you check it again.
It is recommended (well, actually it is necessary) to apply Logic reset of TSP if you change interpolation or decimation ratio.
