Pothos topology design - simple TX of soundcard output

Hi,
can anyone assist me with creating simple Pothos topology for transmitting I/Q output of a virtual sound card?
I just need to “place” the signal from that soundcard on the band, in simple terms.

Anyone?
I asked everywhere and no-one knows really.
It doesn’t have to be Pothos-based, just something that can be run on Win.
