The lady with our upper neighbor is making a lot of noise. I need to make noise with gnu radio . How Can I Configure Gnu Radio for make noise 900 1800 mhz signals ? A Lady is talking a lot . I’m overwhelmed. Please How I can configure Gnu Radio . I’ll be very excited when this happens. Please Help : )
I suspect the authorities would also be very excited and this is probably not the best place to be asking such questions.

You are right . I can affect all of phone in the house . But Can I stop only one phone ? I think this way it will not be problem to other phones I think.
I think if you do anything that involves transmitting on licensed spectrum, or intentionally trying to jam spectrum users, you will get into trouble.
