Need help with identifying amateur radio digital signal

Could you help me please to identify this signal:

This is definitely not RTTY. It seems to be PSK-modulated, but it’s not BPSK-31. Doesn’t sound like SSTV. I tried different modulations in Fldigi and didn’t manage to identify it.

What is that?

My normal starting point for an unknown signal at 14MHz would be to click on “HF” (3MHz to 30MHz) here: https://www.sigidwiki.com/wiki/Signal_Identification_Guide and look for signals that are similar with the same bandwidth.
