Missing acrylic case parts

Hi,

Excitedly received my LimeSDR, Antennas and Acrylic case but the case is missing a part.

Sent e-mails to Crowd Supply twice but no reply after a few days. Definitely regretting the purchase of that case.

Anyone know how I am supposed to chase up a missing part when Crowd Supply don’t reply to e-mails?
