Minimal set to start own Base station

So, I have installed osmo-trx, osmo-bts and osmo-bsc.
Can I now start my own Network or I need something more to install? I guess, that I need obsolette Open BSC, or NiTB to install. But just theoretically, is it possible to start the Network with described minimal set (osmo-bsc, osmo-bts and osmo-bsc)?

For a functioning network you need to have either:

  1. legacy osmo-nitb for BTS to connect to

OR

  1. OsmoBSC + OsmoMSC + OsmoHLR + OsmoMGW + OsmoSTP
