LMS7002M Reliability Data Required

Dear all

I am trying to calculate the reliability of a communication system which contains LMS7002M transceiver. Unfortunately, I was not able to find any related data for this component (including MTBF, failure rate, etc) in the manufacturer’s website. It would be appreciated if anyone could help me with providing the required information.

I’ve already emailed Lime Micro several times and they replied only once, directing me here to get my answers. I was hoping maybe some of the company’s engineers with access to such information read this and help me.
