LimeSDR XTRX USB connection is not currently utilized, the board can be used only through the PCIe connection.
Currently the PCIe driver for LimeSDR XTRX is available only for Linux operating systems.

I think i misunderstood firstly. So the only way is:
LimeSDR XTRX mini PCIe → mini PCIe - PCIe adaptor - desktop computer, right?
You can use LimeSDR XTRX directly in a system with an mPCIe slot, provided that a single lane of PCIe will suffice for your application — for many this is fine.
If again you just need one lane of PCIe, but want to use XTRX in a full size PCIe slot, you could use a generic adapter.
If you need two lanes of PCIe you can use the LimeFEA mPCIe adapter in a regular slot:

There is no driver for it. From a PCIe perspective is it simply a passive adapter from a full sized slot to a mPCIe slot.
