LimeSDR Mini - Low level measurements

I am a PhD research student in the area of wireless communications and I have
recently purchased a couple of LimeSDR minis. They work great but I have a few questions which would help me a lot in my project if they could be answered.

  1. Can you get access to low level measurements (like RSSI, oscillator stability etc.) of the LimeSDR mini ?
  2. If Yes, how ?
  3. What would be suggested to be the best software to use to control and analyse the operation of the devices?
