I bought the LimeSDR thinking the software could be installed by a radio person with Windows and other GUI experience. But this install is an intricate project full of “baffle-gab” , requiring Ubuntu, coding experience and other expert computer background. From the threads here, even if you have that background and coding experience, you will still fail. THIS INSTALL IS A WASTE OF TIME, AND THE LIMESDR MINI WAS A WASTE OF MONEY !!!
If you’re looking for a turnkey Windows application for ham radio use I would highly recommend SDR Console:
https://www.sdr-radio.com/console
Installing this is very straightforward and from there it’s fairly intuitive.
Thanks Andrew! Will try
