LimeSDR Mini and SDR Console V3.0.4

I used LimeSDR Mini with SDR Console V3.0.3. The temperature of the integrated circuits was high but acceptable. Now I have installed the SDR Console V3.0.4. After a few minutes the temperature of the integrated circuits is very very high. Has anyone tried LimeSDR Mini with SDR Console V3.0.4?

On my Limesdr mini with SDRConsole 3.0.4 the temperature is at ~50C
I have a little heat sink on the FPGA chip. I am not sure where is the temp sensor.
