LimeSDR meets error: TxCalibration and SetPllFrequency

I 'm just getting start with LimeSDR and GNUradio.
The day before Yesterday I wanted to transmit noise by LimeSDR to disturb remote control signal, but when I ran the program it failed, and there were some words in terminal:

gr-osmosdr v0.1.4-98-gc653754d (0.1.5git) gnuradio 3.7.11.1
built-in sink types: uhd hackrf bladerf soapy redpitaya file
[INFO] Make connection: ‘LimeSDR-USB [USB 2.0] 9061C02CD2507’
[INFO] Reference clock 30.72 MHz
[INFO] Device name: LimeSDR-USB
[INFO] Reference: 3.072e+07 MHz
[ERROR] SetPllFrequency: error configuring phase
[INFO] LMS7002M calibration values caching Disable
[INFO] TX LPF configured
[ERROR] Tx Calibration: MCU error 3 (SXR tune failed)

I have tried LimeUtil --update or programming in LimeSuiteGUI but either doesn’t work.
Also when I learned about Limesdr and gnu, I have done "quick test"and “getting start” according to tutorials in these two Websites and everything seems OK:

I really don’t know how it happens and sincerely hope that there will be someone to help me solve this problem T-T

Noticed by @Squill I have connected board to USB3.0 but it still doesn’t turn out well:
