My limenet micro board power’s on but not booting and hdmi is not displaying

Could you provide more details please. How do you supply the board, what LED activity do you see?
There are no limesdr mini available anywhere for the near future. I’m a total newbie at this stuff but if I ordered a fully assembled limesdr mini v1.4 from a pcb manufacturer A. What would it cost and B. Would it work the same as if I order thru crowdsupply? I appreciate any answers. Thank you
The reason they have been in short supply is because certain parts have been near impossible to source, hence this isn’t going to be possible, unless perhaps you go to a broker and pay a hugely inflated price for said parts. Also getting one or a small number of boards made is just not economically viable anyway.
