Is the GNUPLOT usable on windows?

The examples are running correctly but the GNU plot is totally ineffective.
The related code is executed but nothing appears.
Is it normal with windows?

The version of gnuplot found at -

http://tmacchant33.starfree.jp/gnuplot_bin.html

works just fine with the “animate” example on Widows 10.

Fine to have your experience, I installed the latest version and in itself works. But no plot appears during the run.
