Install problems on Windows 7

I;m having problems on Windows 7 and Linux but I want to get windows first then Linux. Zadig is one way and so is the file Windows-drivers-master file from the Wiki. Which one should I start with or does it not matter?

I installed it and rebooted. Device manager shows Myriad-RF LimeSDR - USB. Should I install the Lime Suite now or is the one I installed before ok?
