Gnuradio Debug Limesdr USB TX gain mutation??

DDebugging with GNURadio,
Set the TX gain to 30db,
While the program is running,
Instantly, the maximum transmission gain (60db, 8dnm),
Then drop to set gain (30db, -30dbm)
Have you ever had such a situation?
