Applying the input shorting switch to LNAW of a LimeUSB reduces the noise floor (see attached) by at least 10 dB from the input attached to a poorly matched termination. I am curious to know where this noise comes from, the LNA itself or another source of noise within the transceiver chip or board that is feeding the input?
